We proudly clean and maintain carpet, upholstery and tile and grout in houses, town homes, condos and apartments within the Napa Valley. We specialize in cleaning and removing stubborn dirt, food and drink spills, pet stains and urine.

At Extreme Steam we think about TACT on each and every job. In the cleaning world TACT stands for the four components that together ensure great results for any cleaning:

Temperature
Agitation
Chemical
Time

Temperature is arguably the most important element. At 118° Fahrenheit cleaning solutions work at 100%. At the truck the temperature is between 200-220°. By the time the steam travels from the truck, through the line to your carpet the temperature is still well above 150°. This unlocks the maximum cleaning potential of our cleaning solutions!

They were both very polite and got right to work.  The rugs turned out wonderful and my chair looks like new!  They applied Scotch Gard to the rugs and chair for additional protection. Brian had so much helpful advice to share on post fire cleaning. He really took the time with me that went beyond any expectation of customer service. Oh and should I forget ... due to construction projects, power outages, weather etc. I had to reschedule with him numerous times. Each time he assured me he understood. Customer service - incredible.
