Israel and his co-worker arrived on time.  He asked about my rugs and chair that needed cleaning.  They were both very polite and got right to work.  The rugs turned out wonderful and my chair looks like new!  They applied Scotch Gard to the rugs and chair for additional protection. I can't say enough positive things about Brian and Israel. My carpets look like new. My sofas look like new also. Brian had so much helpful advice to share on post fire cleaning. He really took the time with me that went beyond any expectation of customer service. Oh and should I forget ... due to construction projects, power outages, weather etc. I had to reschedule with him numerous times. Each time he assured me he understood. Customer service - incredible.
