Established in 1996, Extreme Steam is owned by local Napa resident, Brian Cain. Cain is a Journeyman Textile Cleaner certified by the IICRC. Cain and his trustworthy crew make up the Extreme Steam Team. Together, they’ll expertly clean your home or office spaces with the carefully wielded power of high-heat, high-pressure steam from one of their three company-owned machines.

Brian had so much helpful advice to share on post fire cleaning. He really took the time with me that went beyond any expectation of customer service. Oh and should I forget ... due to construction projects, power outages, weather etc. I had to reschedule with him numerous times. Each time he assured me he understood. Customer service - incredible.
